These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, forms, communications, and services provided by ATSNYC CORP, doing business as ATS Credit Solutions ("ATS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our websites or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.
ATS Credit Solutions is a division and registered d/b/a of ATSNYC CORP, a New York corporation located at 40-08 104th St, Corona, NY 11368. These Terms apply across our ecosystem of services, which may include credit education and administrative credit-repair assistance, tax preparation and accounting, business services, documentary and administrative immigration support, real estate services, and education/courses. A specific engagement may also be governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services, and you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

We provide administrative and consulting services with professional care. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any particular credit-score change, tax refund, financing approval, application result, or transaction. We provide credit education and administrative credit-repair assistance only. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your own credit file directly with the credit bureaus and creditors for free. Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. Section 1679 et seq., you may cancel your credit-services contract without penalty within three (3) business days of signing, and we do not charge for credit-repair services before they have been fully performed. Our credit services also comply with applicable New York law, including New York General Business Law Article 28-BB (Credit Services Business) and the New York City Administrative Code Sections 20-770 et seq.
Information provided in connection with tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, financial, business, credit, or real-estate services is for general and administrative purposes only and does not constitute tax, accounting, financial, investment, or legal advice. It is not a guarantee of any refund, approval, financing, valuation, or investment result. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you should confirm your specific situation with the appropriate licensed professional and the relevant government agency before acting.
Any assistance ATS provides with immigration-related forms or documents is limited to non-legal, administrative document-preparation and translation support provided at your direction. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, do not select forms for you, do not advise which immigration benefits to seek, and do not represent you before any court or government agency. Only a licensed attorney or an accredited representative recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice may give legal advice on immigration matters. Government filing fees are set by the applicable agency and are not controlled by ATS.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information and documents you provide, for reviewing documents before submission to any agency, and for meeting the deadlines we communicate to you. You agree not to ask us to submit false or misleading information to any bureau, agency, or third party. Fees for each engagement are disclosed to you before services begin and are due as described in your service agreement or invoice. For credit-repair services, we do not collect payment for services that have not yet been fully performed, consistent with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and you may cancel a credit-services contract without penalty within three (3) business days of signing.
By using our websites and providing your contact details, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. SMS/text messaging is voluntary, is not a condition of purchase, and is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, and the ATS and ATSNYC brands, is owned by ATSNYC CORP or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission. Our websites and communications may also reference third-party sites or tools; we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties and provide such references for convenience only.
Our websites and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATSNYC CORP and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites or services; nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under CROA or other laws that cannot be waived. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATSNYC CORP from claims arising out of information you provide that is inaccurate or unlawful, or from your misuse of our services or websites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect upon publication on this page, with the revision date updated accordingly, and your continued use of our websites or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
